These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services located in Dubai, UAE and throughout the MENA region.

Saabsoft Technologies provides a range of digital services including Digital Transformation consulting, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Research services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services without notice or liability.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — are the exclusive property of Saabsoft Technologies and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any materials from our services without our prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
Any information shared with Saabsoft Technologies in the course of our business relationship will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your express written consent, except where required by law. Our team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements to protect your business information.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are outlined in the individual service agreements and proposals provided to each client. Invoices are due and payable within the period specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied in accordance with UAE VAT regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saabsoft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Saabsoft Technologies in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saabsoft Technologies, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Saabsoft Technologies. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We strongly advise you to review the terms and privacy policy of every site you visit.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
